Cookin time!

My recipe is pretty simple but is very tasty. It's perfect for parties, snacks, or using up that chili leftover left for 2 or 3 days.

Go to store (if not already has those in stock).

Buy those necessary ingredients:

Veilette cheese (sp? ) small box type, usually $6.00 to $10 depends on store.

And a choice of one of those: Whatever you pick, the volume should be about the same as veilette box.
Chili leftovers
Chili cans
Salsa dip
Tomato juice ( not drink but actual juice for cooking )
Spaghetti sauce ( yep it works very well, and is VERY TASTY! )
Beans, spicy or otherwise, AS LONG AS IT'S NOT BBQ! BBQ turns the recipe very sweet and weird tasting. (ugh)

Now, Start off by cubing the veilette cheese into one in by one in by one inch cube. You don't have to size them to a very exact size, just close to that size.

When you are done, put in the second ingredient whatever you picked, in the pan. Make sure that whatever you picked is about equal in volume as the cheese. Cook it till it's hot.

Start dropping few cubes in, stir and chop those till it's partially melted. Make sure no cheese sticks to walls or to each other. Those will slow down the melting. Repeat till there is no cheese still solid. Make sure by stirring and checking, since solid cheese part will mess the taste of the dip. Turn heat off and keep stirring to prevent bottom from being burned. Make sure you don't let it sit still for longer than 10-15 seconds! When it's cool enough, just let it sit on counter for 10 minutes till it is kind of thick, thick enough for dip but not so watery.

Enjoy it with chips! It will taste very good hot or cold. Luke-warm not so good.

Let me know if you guys tried this recipe If you know the correct spelling for that cheese, please post that too.

Cheese CANNOT be subbed with other kind of cheese! It just won't work.

Yeah! That's exactly it. Btw this recipe is enough to feed 10 people, but with enough chips, of course!
